Psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy is a collaborative and confidential process to address emotional, cognitive, and behavioral concerns.  Essential elements are a supportive and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment so that clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences to gain insight, develop coping skills, and make positive changes in their lives.

Couples
Therapy

Couples therapy aims to improve relationships by addressing conflicts, improving communication, resolving sexual issues and strengthening the emotional connection. Through guided discussions, exercises, and interventions, couples explore their relationship dynamics, identify patterns of interaction, and develop strategies to resolve conflicts constructively.

Addiction
Therapy

Addiction is most often a coping strategy for complex issues that underly the addiction. Treatment involves exploring the underlying factors contributing to the addiction, such as trauma, mental health disorders, or environmental stressors. Through a combination of evidence-based techniques, clients learn coping skills, develop relapse prevention strategies, and address the emotional, psychological, and social aspects of addiction.

Work/Sport

Living fully means unlocking your full potential enhancing your individual performance and well-being in competitive sports and professional work settings. Through a combination of psychological techniques, goal setting, and tailored interventions, we will optimize mental skills, resilience, and overall functioning.  This includes strategies to manage stress, improve focus and concentration, enhance motivation, and cultivate a positive mindset.

My approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, collaboration, and a deep respect for each individual.  I strive to create a warm and accepting space where clients feel valued, understood, and empowered to discover the roots of their suffering and their path to healing.

As a second career psychotherapist, I am committed to using my life lessons to provide evidence based effective care to support each clients' well-being. I believe in the strength and resilience of each person and join with them in their pursuit of  emotional wellness and personal growth.
